Follow our recommended routine to help improve your posture in only three weeks:

1️⃣ - Week 1: This is what we refer to as the adjustable period, the brace should not be too tight, allowing the spine to begin adapting. Try wearing for 4-6 hours per day.

2️⃣ - Week 2: Referred to as the hold period, in this week, we recommended slightly tightening the product and allowing the spine to get used to it.
 - 
3️⃣ - Week 3: The adaptation period - your spine should have become used to the product now, reduce the time you wear it to around 2 hours per day.

📔 Instructions For Use
- Pull the shoulder straps over the shoulders, ensuring that the elastic cloth is closest to your body.
 - Stretch the waist belt around your torso and fasten it.
 - Adjust the positioning and tightness as needed to ensure a comfortable fit. The shoulder straps should pull back slightly on your shoulder area.
 - If required, pull the waist belt down slightly to increase the pressure on your shoulders.
 - Wear for 4-6 hours a day to ensure progress is made.
